I think he already has interviews lined up with San Diego and Arizona as well as us. I'm sure he will get a HC gig

Honestly I think if Smith doesn't land a head coaching job somehow he'll end up an analyst on one of the networks for a year. He's very well spoken and I could see him sliding into a role like that temporarily and then getting a head coaching gig next year.
