Really? How is that the same?

This is the NFL, the best of the best. Sometimes a high throw doesn't necessarily mean an incompletion (see: Stevie Johnson in Toronto or ANY Julio Jones catch). Nassib almost NEVER sails passes for INT's the way Fitzpatrick does either. And like I said before, he's had a TON of drops on very catchable balls in his career at SU.

You're looking at youtube clips of 3-4-5 games when we've seen EVERY game of his career for the last 4 year (36+ games). I don't think anyone is saying he's the second coming of Tom Brady or anything like that, but he is absolutely no where NEAR comparable to Fitzpatrick. He will be a better QB than Fitz.

Just watch this video. This was a game to get them into a bowl, he was masterful.

And as I have said, Im not against drafting him. I can only give my opinion based on what I have seen and thats what I have seen. You can try to deny it all you want but film speaks for itself. Perhaps I looked at older 1st year footage or perhaps you are biased Syracuse fans. Maybe a little of both and he is really somewhere in the middle of what we both have said and has upside.
How is that the same???? A QB can learn touch, a QB coach can't make a guy's arm stronger. Nassib isn't a finished product, he has the highest ceiling of all the QB's in the draft. His problems are coachable. He has pocket presence, can throw on the run and has arm strength....he has the pedigree you want.

If Nassib played for a top 10 team in the SEC or Big 12, he's be a top 5 pick. What he was able to do with limited talent at Syracuse is amazing. Yes, he has his faults, but they are coachable. He is still a little raw, but his natural pedigree gives him the highest ceiling of all the QB's.

Well they are both named Ryan and play QB...that's about where the similarities end.
What would you be doing if nothing were impossible...
