That is an interesting concept that you posted Luka. TBH I wouldn't use this system to say "This is my guy", but as part of a much larger system it may have some merrit. For example: Let's say that our top QB options didn't fall to us (Glennan, Smith, Barkly, Wilson) for whatever reason. It hits the second round, and we are trying to decide betweek Nassib and Landry Jones. Now, let's assume (because I do not claim to be an NFL scout, and don't truely know how they stack up against eachother) that based on traditional scouting, neither of them manages to gain an edge on the other. How do we then make our decision? This is where statistical analasys comes in. No, it won't be as simple as what was presented, but I'm sure those numbers are among many that will be included in the process. Overall it is an interesting read, and the results are also interesting, considering all three of the results are among the QBs that many people think the bills should consider.

That being said, the OP SHOULD be taken with a grain of salt, as there is no miracle system that can tell you how to draft a Franchise QB, and until one is discovered (if ever), anything with even a grain of truth at its center should be used in the decision making process, even if it is only a minute consideration in the larger picture.

Someone actually understands what I was getting at! It's a miracle! LOL

I know there a few, but thank you.

This is merely one side of understanding what goes into making a successful QB. There are obviously alot more things considered but I don't claim to be a scout or an NFL GM and I thought it would be interesting to see what these philosophies produced.

I think it's also proof that this class just isn't as bad as it's made out to be. From a very simple statistical stand point, it looks like there are a few that project very well to the NFL, not taking into account some of the flaws that would show up while scouting them or breaking down film.

Nassib's lack of pocket awareness, Jone's somewhat questionable decision making, Barkley's talent around him, etc.

Yea, I was thinking that my mock is need of some updating but I'm going to wait until the Senior Bowl at least. Bell won't make it that far either. I use CBSSport's big board just to give myself a little grounding when doing the mocks but I don't think they've updated their player rankings in awhile.
