While I will agree, we need a franchise qb, using a 1st and a 2nd on qbs is not what this team needs. There are other needs for one if those 2 picks.
LB is a desperate need also.

2013 Adopt a Bill---Chris Hairston
this here. NE only has 4 picks in this draft. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and a 7th. i wouldn't trade them ****. they are supposed to be masters of the draft and all and are our division rival. they can fix their own mess. i don't want to see the bills helping them again. anybody remember the trade for bledsoe? a 1st for a guy who didn't work out. now a 2nd( a high 2nd to a division rival ) for a guy who hasn't played hardly squat when a guy like alex smith is available? no thanks on the mallet idea.

rule #1... laugh at whatever he says.
what if what he says isn't funny?
that's irrelevant. a fake laugh is like a fake orgasm.
and that's good?
no... but a fake orgasm is better than no orgasm.
but a fake orgasm is no orgasm!
only to you. you're not the only one in the room you know?
The Ugly Truth
I don't want either guy.
If Mallet was any good, New England wouldn't trade him, and Nassib isn't going to be the guy...just don't see it.
Quote from FloridaGatorsBuffaloBills "Signing Mario Williams to a 100 million dollar deal would be the biggest mistake in Bills franchise history."
Quote from Kingtut420 "Somewhere a small child gets eaten by wild lions every time mykidsdad posts on this message board."
Uh, Mallett took less sacks, on more passing attempts, than Cam Newton, Jake Locker and Christian Ponder in his senior year... All those guys are sub-4.7 guys...
I have no doubt in my mind that Mallett is a better passer than EVERY QB in this draft. That said, I don't think a) div rivals would do a deal like this, and b) the Bills FO would be willing to admit their mistake in not drafting him.
I would draft a QB high (either @ 8 or trade up), sign Chase Daniels (Saints offense, so possible familiarity with concepts and terminology), and draft a later round guy for development.
ADOPT A BILL:
Cordy Glenn - let him play left tackle people. Geesh!
My expectations for our new coach are simple.
1. Have the ability to locate decent stop gap players that are better players than the last ones who were on this roster for far too long.
2. Win as many games as you can, but when you lose ... get beat, don't follow in the steps of your predecessors who seemed to try and find new and inventive ways to loose winnable games.
swing and a miss^^^
Remember, the patriots are the team who groomed Brady from a 7th round pick into what he is today. they kept him around to be Bledsoe's successor. My thought is if Mallet was worth a sh** , we would have a better chance at landing Brady than him from the pats. the Patriots know when to let guys go later in their careers. If they let Mallet go its not a good sign.
This is true, but I don't see Mallet being a Patriot as Brady will play 3-5 more years and Mallet will still be on the bench, so I see him leaving via FA. Now if Brady gets hurt again this could change, but right now, I don't think a draft pick is necessary to get Mallet, just wait until his contract is up which can't be more than 2 seasons longer.
