If Millner falls to the Lions, I will bet anyone 100$ that they pick him. Odds?

So the chiefs, jags, eagles, browns and cards have new gm's and coaches, and I still don't have any idea what they plan on doing! Good luck with your assessment.

Also he is pretty much stuck with Fitz for at least another year since this draft is QB weak and despite what you haters think Fitz was NOT the worst QB in the league. I know you guys think a QB pick at #8 is sexy but there is no QB that is BPA at #8 !!!!
You are hopeless...Fitz sucks. Get over it.

I don't see Buffalo passing up on Jarvis Jones, Alec Ogletree or Millner for Wilson. Those three are light years ahead of Wilson as far as potential and talent at their position. If they go Wilson with the 8th pick its with the assumption that they are banking on Te'o being there in the second.

Why do people have this love fest for Tyler Wilson?

    Do you like Phil Collins?

Yup I'm on board with Wilson at 8. Have been for awhile, but concerned Arizona might take him.

Geno does not fit chip Kelly's offense... I think they target Manuel later in the draft and go best defensive player in first
    Mock Draft
    A
    1- Cordarrelle Patterson/Tavon Austin
    2- Mike Glennon/ EJ Manuel
    3-Quinton Patton/ Aaron Dobson/Da'Rick Rodgers
    4-Jonathon Bostic, ILB, Florida
5-Shamarko Thomas, S, Syracuse Kid has drawn comparisons to Bob Sanders.. He may rise a lot.
    6-Chris Gragg, TE, Arkansas

I had the Bills signing Henderson, so while instill think LBer would be a need I don't think they'd feel forced to take one early....I also think Milliner is overrated, I do think he'll be a good CB but I don't think he's worth a top ten pick....I also think your going to sart hearing Barkley and Wilson going in the top ten and belonging there...both are better prospects than what Tannehill was last year, better than Locker, Gabbert and Ponder the year before.

Now for the Bills. I haven't heard anything on their intentions yet, just what everyone else has heard. Like I said before I believe the Bills may lose Levitre to FA and if they do Rinehart will take his place, that does leave a bit of a hole in case one of the interior lineman go down.
First off, just want to say thanks for a great post. And second, I hate to continue Levitre talk because it`s been done to death. However, I recently saw an analysis of teams running effectiveness, no question the Bills were most effective running up the middle and especially to right end. And Levitre has shown to be very, very durable. I'd hate to see him go. Do you think the Bills should keep him, even so far as matching any offers as the Falcons did with Clabo?

I see that you've only addressed CB in the third round, with no FA acquisitions. I've wondered if Nix's recent remarks about looking at QB, WR, and LB in FA mean that the Bills will be targeting CB in FA. I know there is some potential there in Williams and Brooks. However, I find it hard to believe that the Bills will go into TC without a second proven CB - teams need 3 decent CBs and with the likely loss of McGee and McKelvin, I don't see enough quality starting talent at CB. Potential is just that, after all, and CB is so important - especially in all the schemes that Pettine has run.
Kyle Williams: “But when you go inside those lines, all those things fall by the wayside. If you’re not out there for the right reasons, and that’s to beat a man, win a football game, you’re not going to last very long. This game is whip or be whipped, and I don’t like being whipped.”"

I would like to see Levitre back, but I believe the Bills will feel they can get similar production from Rinehart, I don't. I think they will look at CB in FA but may be priced out, it's possible they look at a one year incentive based deal for someone like Grimes, but he may be able to get a good contract somewhere else. I can see them bringing back Mckelvin and have him be a starter with Brooks and Wilson (who I mocked to them) play in the nickel and dime, however he may cost more than they'd be willing to pay...a lot of this depends on what the market will pay CB's this year, it's deeper than last years but not as good at the top. I personally think the Bills will sign a vet to a one or two year deal (Jammer, Brown) and develop Wilson and Brooks.

Two of the reasons you sign your own is that 1. you get a hometown discount on a quality FA and 2. you know exactly what the player is and how he fits your scheme. Obviously, the second point is less true with a new coaching staff but still ... OL continuity is so important. Perhaps if money spent on OL is an issue, it comes down to who do you want more to lock-up long-term, Levitre or Wood? Levitre looks like the smarter pick, tho Wood should be cheaper because of injury history.

CBs are not cheap but with the stagnant cap and Asomugha's underwhelming performace, I think the price of CBs is gonna come down. I agree that there may be alot of average talent available, however, this is the one position I wouldn't be surprised to see the Bills spend $$$. There is such a huge performance differnce between an average and very good CB. I know there's some injury history but I wouldn't be surprised to see the Bills look hard at likely June 1 cut Chris Gamble (would also be happy with Jon Beason too).

id hate to lose levitre but paying a G 9 mil a year is too much ideally id love to see the bills draft wilson or barkley get a WR in fa like bowe or wallace for the new QB and sign byrd and bring in a vet LB or 2 and the bills could draft Khaled Holmes in the 3rd and put him in at G and they would have a backup center right there with wood being so injury prone

I have heard that the Panthers will try and trade Beason, a coditional pick in 2014 based on play and health would be a nice move for the Bills...I really like Lewis from Pit but I can't see him leaving. I too believe the money for CB's is going to go down but I also believe the top guys are still going to command to much for the Bills
