When does free agency start? hope Bills are aggressive

I'm guessing the Bills won't be very aggressive in free agency this year. Why would they be?

You typically don't spend $100million on ONE GUY and then turn around and spend big the next offseason as well. Additionally, the Bills need to re-sign their OWN players. If they simply re-sign Byrd, Levitre, Moore, and McKelvin, I'll be happy. If they do all that AND sign a decent linebacker or cornerback, I'll be ecstatic.

Decent 34 linebacker I hope we look at is Victor Butler with the Cowboys. Still young (25) & has been stuck behind Spencer & Ware. Solid against the run and not bad at rush. Kiffin is switching back to a 43, so getting a LB from 'the Ryan school', could be a good fit here.

We need to resign Byrd Levitre McKelvin and others, and then we need to agressively look for one of our big needs in FA so we can reduce draft day must haves.

I would like to resign Nelson, Moore And Merriman, and go after Mike Wallace and Jared Cook and then look to draft Jones from Georgia and them a QB in the second or 3rd.
