Awesome interview. Came on just to rep the Bills. Rome said he respects a player who will come on the show without having anything to promote.
On a side note: Stevie says he has never once lifted weights on the Bills

LETS GO BUFFALO
He has never once lifted weights on the bills?
What kind of JV bull**** is that???
Someone get these punks in the weight room!
That will change with Coach Marrone there mandatory lifting
Steve McNair never lifted weights and I believe possibly Lawrence Taylor. I read a story once that LT used to drive golf balls into a net in the basement of the Meadowlands up to 30 minutes prior to game start. He'd stretch a little right before kickoff...he's good to go.
But anyways... the dude really loves the Bills. Kept talking about how he wished he was in the playoffs and all that. Said it repeatedly. Basically 80% of the interview was about Buffalo with a few questions about growing up in San Francisco.
LETS GO BUFFALO
Players bodies are all different. Ever see how ripped Chad Johnson is? Dude eats McDonalds and other trash snacks on the regular.
LETS GO BUFFALO
I've never really watched him and thought "if only he was stronger.." That's not really his game.
Let Freedom Ring
Like Herschel Walker, less the 1,000 daily pushups.
Yeah I heard that story too. There was the rookie that benched 405 like 3 times and was running his mouth about it. Reggie plopped down on the bench and did it like 8 times with ease. Told the kid "God bless you" and walked away.
My favorite indication on White's strength was in the Super Bowl. With one hand, he throw the RT of New England to the ground for the sack on Bledsoe. The RT was thrown so easily that it seemed like he was 185 lbs rather than 300+.
I heard Stevie say that before and he usually said he did more resistance. I think that's better as a WR. I don't see how weight lifting will do anything for a WR.
What he said was that he doesn't lift weights during the offseason- January through April- not that he NEVER lifts weights. He said during the offseason he stays in shape by running with his wife and playing basketball, then he 'gets back at it' in April. He also said this year he was going to workout and lift during the offseason.
It is amazing how people can spin words around here...
