I would def say he owes the Bills more than anything. Not sure if he would of been on the roster for this long on too many other teams for the type of money he received.
If they do cut him, let's just say, its been a long time coming

I'm expecting 2013 to be Kelsay's best season ever. Don't forget: this will be Kelsay's first year of OTAs with the new coaching staff. Also, the D-line coach they brought in to work on his fundamentals is sure to get results.
